DIY PotteryBarn Headboard

A couple of weeks ago Chelsie and I got together with Tiffany from Mrs. This and That to make some mother's day gifts and this beautiful headboard! Tiffany loved this headboard from Potter Barn.

But who wants to pay that price! She found a great way to make this bed cheap!  We had a lot of fun helping with this project, and it was so easy!  All you need is some pine boards, plywood, stain, foam padding, and fabric (she used old window curtains).

Maybe we had too much fun with the air compressor

Isn't it gorgeous?  Be sure to head over to Mrs. This and That for step by step instructions on how to make this beauty.

  1. How much $$ did this cost for you to make it yourselves?

    1. Tiffany (who we helped make the headboard with) said it cost her around $75. We went to get supplies to make our own and it was a little over $100. If you go to http://mrsthisandthat.blogspot.com/ you can see all the supplies she used!
